Industrial structure is a direct reflection of the various factors of production index in China's national economy of each industry sector the proportion of mutual interdependence; the structure of employment is a direct reflection of the proportion of the distribution of labor resources in the national economy sectors.Therefore, the structure of employment and industrial structure to coordinate and stable development of an important basis to examine whether a regional and national industrial structure.Beijing is the capital of China, in a very important strategic position in the overall situation of China's economic development. Currently,Beijing is facing industrial restructuring and the full employment of these two important tasks.This issue of the employment structure in the adjustment of industrial structure under the Beijing study, designed to study in the perspective of development of the employment problem in Beijing.Based on the study of the evolution of industrial structure in Beijing, the main use of the following research methods:First, the survey method. In promoting employment, Beijing should improve all aspects of the quality of workers to adapt to the speed of adjustment of industrial structure; vigorously develop small and medium enterprises, to promote the employability of workers; to strengthen and improve the employment service system to do the logistics of the job seekers.
