Analysis On The Coordination Between Industrial Structure And Employment Structure In Chongqing

The industrial sector is the main carrier of the labor force.Changes in the industrial structure will inevitably lead to changes in the employment structure.The coordinated development of the industrial structure and the employment structure can not only effectively promote the upgrading of the industrial structure and increase the employment rate of the labor force,but also help improve the efficiency of resource allocation,promote the integration of the speed and efficiency of economic growth,and achieve sustained and steady growth of the national economy.On the contrary,if the employment structure can not be adjusted synchronously with the industrial structure due to various factors,it will inevitably hinder the further optimization of the industrial structure,which is not conducive to sustained and steady economic growth.Chongqing is an important strategic fulcrum for the west development.It is on the intersection between the “One Belt and One Road” and the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Its sustained and steady economic growth plays a crucial role in promoting the development of the western region and promoting the formation of a new pattern.If the development of Chongqing's industrial structure and employment structure is inconsistent,the adjustment speed of the industrial structure and the employment structure are inconsistent,it will inevitably affect the sustained and steady growth of the economy,which will in turn affect the rapid development of the western economy.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to promote the coordinated development of Chongqing's industrial structure and employment structure.This paper chooses two methods of structural deviation degree and coordination coefficient to analyze the coordination of Chongqing's industrial structure and employment structure from both local and overall perspectives,and finds the coordination of Chongqing's industrial structure and employment structure has increased,but it has not yet reached the ideal state,and there is still room for growth.Using the Moore structure value as the base value,the grey correlation analysis method is used to measure the time-delay period of Chongqing's employment structure relative to its industrial structure is 3 years.In order to analyze the coordination between Chongqing's industrial structure and employment structure,this paper further compares the other 10 provinces on the Yangtze River Economic Belt with Chongqing City.The study finds that the coordination between Chongqing's industrial structure and employment structure is significantly lower than that of the eastern provinces.Afterwards,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the coordination between the industrial structure and the employment structure in Chongqing.Finally,combining theoretical analysis and empirical results,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the coordination of Chongqing's industrial structure and employment structure.
