Research On The Coordinated Development Of Industrial Structure And Employment Structure In Guizhou Province

The industrial structure and employment structure,which is the most impo rtant,is two part of the economy structure, the upgrading of the industrial stru cture is actually elements of resources more reasonable configuration,adjustment of employment structure mainly refers to the more effective allocation of hum an resources,the healthy operation of the national economy inevitably require th e industrial structure and employment structure adapt to each other.First of all,the industrial sector as the laborer employment space carrier,the adjustment of industrial structure will inevitably cause a corresponding change in the employ ment structure.Secondly,when the evolution of industrial structure change from j unior to senior stage, there must have a reasonable employment structure to m atch.Nowadays,social employment problems emerge in endlessly,employment pre ssure increases gradually,the main reason is that the employment structure trans formation cannot keep up with the adjustment of industrial structure,the employ ment structure lag seriously affect the healthy development of the national econ omy and society.Therefore, we must accelerate industrial structure and employm ent structure coordinated development.The scope of this study selected Guizhou Province,because Guizhou provin ce is a typical underdeveloped provinces in the western region of China,and th e industrial structure and employment structure has its own particularity.Based on the above considerations,In the introduction section,this paper introduces the reasons,the background and the significance,collects and sorts out the related r esearch results at home and abroad and comments on it,and simply state the p aper’s research methods, ideas and content, innovation and deficiency.On the ba sis of it,the second part expounds the connotation and the related theory of ind ustrial structure and employment structure, reviews the industrial structure and employment structure evolution rule,To provide a solid theoretical foundation a nd support for the paper to analysis the relationship between the two.The third part,in order to further study and analysis the coordination problem of the tw o,through the collection of historical data,research and analysis the present situa tion of the industrial structure and employment structure and its main features in Guizhou.The fourth part,mainly through the calculation of tertiary industry e mployment elasticity coefficient,comparative labor productivity,structure deviation degree and coordination coefficient,analysis the coordination of Guizhou’s industrial structure and employment structure deeply and systematically.The fifth par t,integrated the existing literature,analysis the main factors affecting the imbalan ce of industrial structure and employment structure in qualitativly,after finding out the main factors of the uncoordinated,to put forwad specific policy recomm endations to promote the coordinated development of industry structure and em ployment structure in Guizhou province.The sixth part is the conclusions of thi s study.
