The21st century has been defined as the century of knowledge by the United Nations. Intellectual capital has become the most important capital to obtain and maintain the source of core competitiveness in the enterprise. At present domestic enterprise organization of intellectual capital understanding of the concept of development and use is still at the primary stage. How to carry out the effective management of enterprise knowledge, promoting the knowledge the accumulation of capital and the increment, then for enterprise to bring the profit growth is of important theoretical significance and practical significance.Knowledge sharing as the core content of knowledge management, knowledge is capital accumulation of the important conditions, can promote the knowledge capital accumulation and value, this thesis will knowledge sharing, the knowledge capital and organizational performance into unified framework and research on thinking. This thesis first of knowledge sharing, the theory of intellectual capital and related research organization performance review and discussion, and based on the domestic and foreign relevant research results, put forward the knowledge sharing, the knowledge capital and organizational performance of the relationship theory model, and use knowledge-based enterprises in China as the research object on study, use SPSS software empirically analyzes the data, this thesis discusses the function relation between three and influence. Then, according to relevant literature and empirical research results, this paper reveals the knowledge sharing, knowledge capital and organizational performance of the three, the mechanism of knowledge enterprises for knowledge management in China, some Suggestions were put forward. Through the theory to review and empirical analysis, and this thesis the following conclusion:For our country the knowledge-based enterprise, the knowledge sharing of enterprise knowledge capital accumulation of influence, and the dimension of intellectual capital has the different influence degree. Knowledge sharing on the human capital and structural capital has the significant positive impact on customer capital the influence degree of the weak in the former two. At the same time of intellectual capital in three dimensions on organizational performance increase can make a difference, and the influence of the different dimensions are very significant.Knowledge sharing can promote the three dimensions of the knowledge capital accumulation and ascension. Through the full mining within the organization staff tacit knowledge and strengthen and external stakeholders of the knowledge sharing between, can realize the human capital and customer the accumulation of capital and expand; Knowledge sharing is the high efficiency can realize structure the accumulation of capital and expand. Knowledge sharing knowledge capital with different dimensions of the influence of human capital and structural capital has the significant positive impact on customer capital the influence degree of the weak in the former two. At the same time of intellectual capital in three dimensions on organizational performance increase can make a difference, and the influence of the different dimensions are very significant.Knowledge capital organization for improved performance mechanism analysis, this thesis, from the related subject and contribution of the balance between demand Angle and study, puts forward the enterprise interior staff and stakeholder needs to meet the organization performance is the essential force of ascension, human capital and customer the accumulation of capital can promote the ascension of the organizational performance.
