The Relationship Study Of Enterprise Knowledge Governance And Knowledge Sharing From Open Perspective

In the era of knowledge economic,the application of knowledge has become a major source of innovation and sustainable development of enterprises.How to proceed knowledge creation,integration,sharing and utilization has been widely concerned by enterprises and scholars.However,due to the complexity and particularity of knowledge itself,the effect of enterprise knowledge activity is not satisfactory.Knowledge governance is an effective way to realize enterprise knowledge sharing and utilization.Through knowledge governance,it can realize the full use and integration of internal and external knowledge of the organization effectively,and can enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises.The present study explored the effect of knowledge governance on individual knowledge sharing,but in the external network,the influence of knowledge governance on knowledge sharing between the enterprise and other enterprises still needs to be further explored.In addition,in the open environment,the enterprise how to integrate and make full use of internal and external knowledge resources to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge activities have received wide attention,so the degree of organizational openness is essential to enterprises'knowledge activities.Whether the degree of organizational openness influence the relationship between knowledge governance and knowledge sharing or not and how to influence their relationship need to make further research.Based on this,this paper discusses the relationship between enterprise knowledge governance and knowledge sharing from an open perspective.Firstly,this paper reviews and analysis the literature of knowledge governance and the degree of organizational openness and knowledge sharing,then puts forward the theoretical model and research hypotheses of this paper.Secondly,this paper design the questionnaire by refer to the existing scale,and conducts a survey on the eastern coastal areas of China's knowledge intensive enterprises.Then the effective data collected were analyzed by SPSS software,and discusses the relationship between enterprise knowledge governance and knowledge sharing,at the same time,introducing the degree of organizational openness and analysis in the process of knowledge governance effect knowledge sharing,whether the openness will moderate the relationship between knowledge governance and knowledge sharing.Finally,this paper draw the conclusion and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to carry out knowledge governance and knowledge sharing activities for the knowledge intensive enterprises.Through empirical research,this paper found that:first,three kinds of governance mode of enterprise knowledge governance:market knowledge governance,social governance knowledge and hierarchy knowledge governance has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing.Second,this paper verified the moderate effect of organizational openness on the relationship of knowledge governance and knowledge sharing,the results show that the degree of organizational openness has a positively moderate effect on the relationship between market knowledge governance and knowledge sharing;the degree of organizational openness has a positively moderate effect on the relationship between hierarchy knowledge governance and knowledge sharing;the moderating effect of the degree of organizational openness on the relationship between social knowledge governance and knowledge sharing has not been verified.The innovation of this paper as follows:first,this paper discusses the relationship between the market knowledge governance and knowledge sharing;social knowledge governance and knowledge sharing;and the relationship of hierarchy knowledge governance and knowledge sharing from the enterprise level.Second,when exploring the relationship between knowledge governance and knowledge sharing,this paper considers the degree of organizational openness,to explore how the openness of organization influence the relationship of knowledge management and knowledge sharing influence,which is helpful to further explore the mechanism of the relationship between knowledge governance and knowledge sharing,and to make up the research gap about existing organizational openness degree.There are some deficiency about this paper.Because our research subject is the knowledge intensive enterprises in the eastern coastal areas of China,there is some regional limitations.And this paper discusses the relationship between knowledge governance and knowledge sharing from the open perspective,but as the research limitations,this paper did not make a thorough exploration about the moderate effect of the different dimension of the openness on the relationship between knowledge governance and knowledge sharing,so the following study can make a further research to make up the existing limitations of this paper.
