Knowledge sharing is an effective way for organizations and the members to integrate and re-innovate knowledge.For knowledge-based enterprises,the effective of knowledge sharing to improve the efficiency of organizational innovation and organizational competitiveness is of great significance.The employees who are new to the enterprise and have a certain knowledge accumulation can inject vitality into the organization innovation.The premise of new employee knowledge sharing is the recognition and trust of the organization.When new employees perceive that they are aligned with the organization,they are willing to share knowledge.Therefore,the study of new employees' knowledge sharing performance from the organizational perspective can provide a basis for enterprises to improve their business performance.Based on the above background,in summary,analysis on organizational identification and knowledge sharing performance at home and abroad,found that the organizational identification at the organizational level is one of the important factors affecting knowledge sharing.The organizational identification consists of multiple dimensions.This paper selects Miller's classification criteria withhigh acceptance,and divides the organizational identification into three dimensions: cognitive organizational identification,affective organizational identification and evaluative organizational identification.Firstly,this paper analyzes the relationship between three dimensions organization identification,knowledge sharing intention,knowledge sharing ability and knowledge sharing performance,and put forward all the hypotheses.Secondly,on the basis of the previous research summary,this paper determined measurement scale and designed the questionnaire,and obtained the data required for the empirical analysis,after preliminary testing of the effective sample,the various variables were included in the regression equation to be tested,and then the mediation effect of knowledge sharing intention and knowledge sharing ability was tested through Bootstrap.Empirical study finds that the three dimensions of the organizational identification has a positive impact on knowledge sharing performance;the knowledge sharing intention plays a mediating role in cognitive organization identification and affective organization identification on the effect of knowledge sharing performance;the knowledge sharing ability plays a mediating role in the influence of cognitive organization identification and evaluative organizational identification on knowledge sharing performance;cognitive organization identification and affective organization identification affect knowledge sharing ability through knowledge sharing intention and then influence knowledge sharing performance.This paper studies the influence of new employees' organization identification on knowledge sharing performance from the organizational perspective,provides a new perspective for the study of knowledge sharing performance in theory.At the same time,the knowledge sharing intention and knowledge sharing ability are introduced as two variables,which provides a new way for the study of knowledge sharing performance.Therefore,this study provides a basis for enterprises to improve the corporate image and promote the organizational identification of new employees from the organizational perspective,and develop the ability and enthusiasm of new employee knowledge sharing at the individual level.
