In order to explore the factors which flow between urban and rural how to make influence on the process of marginalization of agricultural land, the article use the diagnostics of marginalization of agricultural land which combined with the specific circumstances of an empirical study of Zhejiang Province. The results show that (1) the main reason for the declining grain acreage of Zhejiang Province is occupied by new construction land, not mainly caused by abandoned abandoned;(2)From1999to2009, in Zhejiang,the output value of agricultural is rising, but an area of agricultural land is declining and the number of farm labor is also decreasing;(3) The net income of agricultural land use of Zhejiang Province is steady declining,but does not appear the abandoned agricultural land marginal phenomenon. While the degree of intensive use of agricultural is been increasing. The study concluded that(1)There are high-end marginalization and false marginalization risk in Zhejiang Province of agricultural land use;(2) Southwest hilly region of Zhejiang is high-risk area of marginalized agricultural land;(3) Optimize the allocation of production factors is to prevent urban and rural agricultural land marginalization of effective measures;(4)When farmers in face of marginalization of agricultural land they will take a certain response measure.
