In China, the tourism market is changing, transformed from the Sightseeing to the resort. However, many government and planning departments can not understand this argument, leading to a tourism planning a the market is not consistent to the market. This paper attempts to quantify the argument, choose Hangzhou as a case , and select the land for tourism as the research starting point, we tried to reflect changes in land to changes in the tourism marketFirst, we summarize the previous academic research, travel to Hangzhou as the land is divided into three major categories of six categories. Which, as tourist land and the land was used as a reception as the traditional products; used as a vacation land and the land was seen as entertainment and leisure products; as a business exhibition for land and rural land be seen as a hot product. We use dynamic degrees and land strength index data for analysis.As for Research-driven factors, we used SPSS software to analyze the drivers of land change and relationships, including correlation analysis and principal component analysis mode. The results show that the needs of tourists and policy played a key role on land changesFinally, the conclusions is made. in China, Sightseeing is ideed transleted into leisure tourism, but in Hangzhou, Sightseeing tourism marketing is still the most important and leisure tourism has a greatly development. The future, we need to improve the urban environment, creating an atmosphere tourism, organize tourism industry, enhance the core resource.
