Research On Mechanism Of Rural Turism Poverty Ileviation Based On The Perspective Of The Industry Chain

By the end of 2017,there are still 30.46 million rural poor people in our country,some of the people who are out of poverty still have risk of returning to poverty,the task of fully building a well-off society by 2020 is still arduous.Among many poverty alleviation measures,rural tourism poverty alleviation has been given an important mission because of its unique advantages such as wide coverage,long industry chain,large spillover effect,and strong driving ability.With the deepening of practice,the problems faced by poverty alleviation in rural tourism are also more acute and more detailed.How to fundamentally solve the problems of long-term rural tourism development,participation of poor households,and distribution of tourism income,and improve the poverty alleviation effect of rural tourism are key issues that need to be solved urgently.In order to solve these problems,this paper takes the Bashang Village and Shenshan Village in Jinggangshan as the research sites,and refers to domestic and foreign scholars' research on poverty alleviation in tourism,based on the theory of stakeholders and the industry chain theory,this paper adopts questionnaires,seminars,and in-depth interviews,to conduct field research.Based on the perspective of industry chain,from the space dimension chain,product chain,cooperation chain,value chain to explore the tourism poverty alleviation mechanism in the process of exploring rural tourism poverty alleviation of jinggang mountain,mainly study the rural tourism poverty alleviation participation main body,the mechanism of action of various factors of production,participation in the process,operating mechanism,etc,and further optimization measures.This study draws the following conclusions: First,discuss the poverty alleviation mechanism for rural tourism from the dimensions of spatial chain,product chain,cooperation chain,and value chain.In addition to decision-making mechanisms,dynamic mechanisms,coordination mechanisms,and benefit distribution mechanisms,tourism poverty alleviation supervision and management mechanism are also needed.Second,the government plays a decisive role in the poverty alleviation mechanism of rural tourism under the perspective of industry chain.It is the key to the construction of the entire rural tourism industry chain and the sound operation of the poverty alleviation mechanism.Third,the poverty alleviation mechanism for rural tourism is a process of matching various elements through stakeholders.Among them,poor households are an important participator,emphasizing the participation of poor households in their own labor,resources,and technical elements.With the participation of factors,multi-subjects,and multiple chains,poor households actively participated in the gains and achieved rapid development.Fourth,the effect of poverty alleviation in rural tourism is obvious.It forms a support for the poverty-stricken households with wisdom and ambition,and achieves both material civilization and spiritual civilization.Fifth,through the investigation of the case depth,the rural tourism poverty alleviation in Bashang Village and Shenshan Village has achieved great success.At the same time,there are also hidden problems in sustainable development.It needs attention and early warning to consolidate the poverty alleviation of the rural tourism industry.We should continue to consolidate the long-term poverty alleviation mechanism for the rural tourism industry.
