A Study Of Informationalism Of Intensive Management For Corporate Finance

Representing modern enterprise's development orientation, finance intensive management is a significant reform of finance managerial system. The characters of a corporate enterprise consists of multi-territory, multi-industry and the development of informational technology exceed the limit of time and space, which provide the technological indemnity for realize financial intensive management thoroughly. Moreover, informationalism of financial resolution bears vital meaning for realization of corporate finance intensive management.This paper firstly introduces the theories of financial intensive management and informationalism of corporate finance management in net environment, then quote China Telecom as the objective of study, introduces the current status of its development of informationalism of corporate financial intensive management by adopting case analysis and study method to achieve a deep analysis and study. On this base, the author conducts SAP financial resolution to realize such intensive management, and assists to implement the strategy for informationalism to promote its core competence.This paper is aiming to find out a more scientific and more effective way for informationalism resolution. Meanwhile, the author is also attempting to provide our large scale domestic enterprises with reference and enlightenment for informationalism establishment by virtue of the study for China Telecom.
