With the deepening of China's economic system reform and world economic integration,more state-owned enterprisesare beginning to form larger groups.The fierce market competition requires from state-owned group companies a new financial management system,so as to enhance the efficiency of capital operation and improve the competitiveness.Large state-owned enterprise groups are generally large with the many branches and subsidiaries.The management is more complex,financial funds more scattered,with a slow accounting information transmission speed and high cost as well as potential man-made manipulation.Consequently,financial management is very difficult.It also adds to the enterprise's financial risks and operational risks;thus,the operator cannot judge the business situation correctly.At present,a new financial management model is applied to state-owned enterprise groups,which featured by a centralized management of finance,stripping the financial positions from various operating units to re-integrated.Nowadays,the financial management mode of enterprise group has the tendency to move closer to financial centralized management.Financial centralized management generally relies on the information construction,which achieving unity in accounting system,reporting system and management system through a unified information system.This new management model facilitates the group-owned enterprises to unify accounting management of all the business units included in the group,in order to achieve the integration of corporate financial resources,strengthen the financial supervision of enterprise groups,control the financial risk of enterprise groups,and promote the steady and healthy development of enterprise groups.This paper is from six aspects,taking the financial accounting center of F Corporation which is a listed company of communication industry as an example,analyzes the present situation of the financial centralized management mode,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.The first part put forward the research background and significance of this paper,summarized the domestic and foreign scholars on the centralized financial management mode research,and puts forward the research ideas and the main content of this paper.The second part is divided into three parts,the enterprise financial management,financial centralized management and accounting informatization to describe the theoretical basis of financial centralized management.The third part,introduced the general situation of F Corporation,introduced the organizational structure of the financial accounting center,centralized financial status system construction and accounting informatization of F Corporation.The fourth part,through the analysis of factors affecting the efficiency of the financial centralized management of F Corporation,pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the financial centralized management mode in F Corporation.The fifth part,put forward some suggestions on the establishment and implementation the job responsibilities of F Corporation's,financial accounting center,the construction of the financial team and the promotion of the integration of project management and financial management.The last part of this paper summarized the future development of financial centralized management.
