Supplier Performance Management In IES

Supplier is at the beginning of the supply chain. The industry will have a big impact if the vendor has a problem. So how to build a effective and scientific supplier performance evaluation system, and how to provide a effective base to supplier selection are important issue in the procurement management.The research content of this thesis is the improvement of IES's supplier performance evaluation system. According to the theories of the supplier performance evaluation and the current station of IES, a deep analysis to IES's supplier performance evaluation, and using of AHP and Pareto Principle, a improve scheme will be bringing up.The first part of the article, we will analyze the state of competition in electronics manufacturing, we also explain the significance and direction of this research. The second part, we will introduce the theory and development of supplier performance evaluation and introduce the analytical tools and methods what we will used in this article. The third part, we analyze the IES's supplier performance evaluation system, and highlight deficiencies. Part IV, we focused on the lack of the system; use the method of AHP and Pareto Principle, to bring up a improvement program. Part V, we will develop a system to protect the new program's effective implementation and assessed the performance of suppliers base on the improvement of the program. Base on the result, we will analysis the feasibility of the improvement.
