Research On Supplier Performance Evaluation And Performance Improvement

From the beginning of 21th, enterprise's competition predominance depends on capability of green supply chain. Suppliers are fountains of green supply chain, and the performance will directly influence the whole supply chain performance. The green supplier performance management is a key and difficult question in green supply chain manage system, which contains two cores, supplier performance evaluation and performance improvement. With the practice of two items, enterprise can control supplier performance continuely, and take improve actions in time, make the supplier performance to achieve requested level. Finally, enterprise can optimize the competition capability.In this thesis, performance evaluation and performance improvement for supplier who listed in the qualified supplier table are taken as the research objects. Base on the FAHP method, design supplier performance evaluation index system, which includes 5 first-grade indexes and 20 second-grade indexes, this system contains green indexes to avoid shortage of traditional index system. At the same time, build up a set of system to score each index of supplier performance evaluation index systerm, know from the traditional system, which can improve precision in score. Moreover, set up the supplier performance evaluation process in this paper, and make a study of supplier performance improvement tactic, which include direct and indirect actions, and build up the supplier performance improvement process.Performance score of PCB suppliers are compared via chart of triangle fuzzy number, result shows that FAHP method is better than traditional AHP. After taking supplier performance improvement actions, get performance score of PCB suppliers in next quarter, which can estimate the effectiveness of supplier performance improvement tactic. The supplier performance improvement process and tactic can provide for electronic industry reference.
