With the knowledge economy's rapid development, the enterprise and employees face the more and more fierce competition, making the "intense work" "heavy burden" to be a true portraiture of modern life, and someone calls the age as "the age of anxiety". Obviously, excessive pressure of work brings serious negative impact to both enterprises and individuals, becoming the common concern of the entire society. Therefore, whether from the enterprise organization level or personal level, how to manage the job stress, has become one of the important research subject. This article is from the psychological capital perspective to do the research on the job stress, and provides a new perspective for enterprises to manage the job stress, meanwhile provides the new management model of improving employees' psychological capital, which riches and expands the psychological capital intervention (PCI) theory.This paper which is based on the literature research, uses the qualitative and quantitative way to research the relationship between the psychological capital and job stress:First, through the analysis of a number of literature, we get the impact model of the psychological capital to the job stress. Then we do the reliability and validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis through the SPSS16.0, and confirmatory factor analysis with AMOS7.0. At last, we use the structure equation model (SEM) to do the Scientific verification analysis, which supplements the qualitative research's insufficient. Specific contents as follows:Chapter 1, the introduction. Put the main issue of this research forward, and expound the status of job stress both at home and abroad, and explore the background of the psychological capital and its necessity and importance, then explain the creative point, research methods, and framework of this research.Chapter 2, the related theory research literature review. Define the concept of psychological capital, review the research on the psychological capital and job stress, and their relationship.Chapter 3, empirical research. Firstly, we do the forecast and design the study, then based on the analysis of the large sample questionnaire data, we do the exploratory factor analysis through the SPSS 16.0, and confirmatory factor analysis with AMOS7.0. At last, we use the structure equation model (SEM) to do the Scientific verification analysis to finalize the influence model between the psychological capital and work stress.Chapter 4. research conclusions and Suggestions. Draw a conclusion of this dissertation, give advice, illuminate the progress and limitation, and forecast.Through the science of empirical research, this paper demonstrates that hope, optimism and the core construct of psychological capital have the significant negative influence to the job stress, but the self-efficacy and the job stress have the positive relationship in the background of China enterprises. These conclusions provide new insights and ways to manage the job stress for our enterprises.In the past, the academic research of the relationship between the psychological capital and job stress is very little, especially for the study of china, it is rare. The innovation of this paper lies in analyzing the relationship between the psychological capital and the job stress in the background of china, which has verified that psychological capital and its dimensions have the important influence to the job stress.
