Study On Strategic Management System For Effective Implementation Of Strategy

Strategy implementation has become an unavoidable management issues for all the enterprises. Because entrepreneurs know:if the great and exciting strategy can not be properly implemented, enterprises will lose the reason and value for the existence. This dissertation discusses how to guarantee the effective implementation of the strategy, combining with the uncertainty of the external environment and internal strategic direction, revealing the protection mechanism of Strategic management system, and gives some proposals for building Strategic management system.The dissertation summarizes the research about Strategic contingency theory and the factors affecting the strategy implementation, defines the concept of Strategic orientation, Environmental uncertainty, and Strategic management system which includes structure, resources, culture, control, performance evaluation and communication, develops a conceptual model about Strategic management system for effective implementation of strategy.Then it divides and outlines each variables, forming the empirical questionnaire.We surveyed 150 companies and mainly used reliability and validity analysis, analysis of variance, correlation, regression to verify hypotheses in the model.After quantitative analysis and theoretical exploration,the important conclusions are showed as follow:1. Strategic management system of structure, resources, culture, control, performance evaluation and communication are significantly positive to the effectiveness of implementation,which can response to external uncertainty, manage internal processes and guarantee strategy implementation.2. Enteiprises with different strategic orientation, or in different environmental uncertainty act differently on strategic management system and the effectiveness of implementation. When strategic orientation changes from conservative to aggressive, strategic management system will be more perfect, with better implementation of the strategy; when environmental uncertainty turns to be greater, strategic management system will be more perfect, with better implementation of the strategy.
