The Evaluation Of Property Service Satisfaction And Its Influencing Factors

The quality of property services play an important role in the social life, it related to whether the property services companies can survival and development in the fierce market. And the owner's satisfaction is also an important standard to judge the service level of property companies.In this paper, by doing full research of the property management services both from domestic and foreign literatures, the writer summarizes the influencing factors of the property satisfaction, and establish an housing property satisfaction evaluation model and index, then set up residential structural equation model which is suit to the housing property satisfaction. After that, the writer take Green City Property Management Co., Ltd. for represents, and received a total of 1,428 valid samples. Based on the research data and information, the article analyzes whether the housing property satisfaction evaluation model and the index are scientific. After validation, the writer uses binary comparison method to determine the weight size of factors of the property satisfaction and the consistency test, then using AHP to determine the final property satisfaction scores. Meanwhile, analysis of the reasons for differences, the writer gives suggestions to improve the satisfaction of the housing property.
