Research On Owners' Satisfaction Index Of Residential Property Service Of H Property Company

The rapid development of the real estate industry has brought both good opportunities and new challenges to the property service industry.The acceleration of the urbanization process makes the real estate expand from the center of the city to the suburbs.The new residential areas in the suburbs often have problems such as imperfect supporting facilities and unexpected situations.The lack of ability of property service enterprises to deal with these problems leads to the owners' dissatisfaction with the property service quality.H property company is a typical company facing the above problems.In order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition,it is necessary to recognize its own shortcomings and advantages,improve its shortcomings,give full play to its advantages,so as to improve its service quality to win the recognition of the owners.In view of the above background and necessity,based on the relevant theories of property services,combined with the actual situation of H property company,this paper determines the evaluation indexes through expert discussion and owner discussion,constructs the evaluation index system of owner satisfaction and empowers each index with AHP.Then,based on the evaluation index system,a questionnaire is designed and the satisfaction of the owners of the company's property services is investigated.After the statistical analysis of the survey results,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the specific and comprehensive satisfaction index of the company's property services.Finally,according to the evaluation results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction index of the owners.In this paper,through the construction of the owner satisfaction evaluation system,the regular understanding of the owner satisfaction of H property company is established,which provides theoretical support for solving the problems faced by the company.Through the analysis of the survey results of the owner's satisfaction,it helps the company to find out the problems in the property service work,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the owner's satisfaction.This can improve the level of the company's property services,so that the future work can be carried out more smoothly.
