A Research On Service Optimization Of A Property Management Base On Customer Satisfaction

With the development of urbanization in China,the number of permanent residents in urban areas has risen sharply,the demand for housing has been rising,the tentacles of property management have gradually extended to residential areas,and the scale has been expanding,but some property management problems are followed,it has also begun to appear,and the contradiction between property management companies and owners has intensified,and the household complaint rate has also increased year by year.Therefore,measuring the supply quality of property management services and assessing the level of satisfaction of tenants in property management services,can promote property management companies to improve service quality and service levels,and improve their market competitiveness and market share in the same industry on the one hand;On the other hand,it can also enables residents to obtain a quality living environment and quality of life,improve the well-being of residents,and contribute to building a well-off society in an all-round way.Through a large number of reviews and summary of literature and theoretical results,combined with the in-depth analysis of the current development trend and contradiction of China's property management industry,this paper selects a residential property management enterprise in Zhuzhou as the research object and uses research tools for A.The property management service level and customer satisfaction of the property management company are investigated and analyzed to understand the current status of the property management enterprise service,identify the key factors that limit,influence and improve the satisfaction of the property management.On the basis of that,some countermeasures and suggestions for the service optimization of a property management have put forward.recommendations for service optimization.
