Since 1981,China's first property management company was incorporated in Shenzhen.By the end of 2017,more than 105,000 property management companies have completed registration in China.The development of China's property service industry has experienced a development process from scratch and from small to large;The basic cleaning service,security service,maintenance service,etc.,to meticulous personalized and humanized intimate service,the content of property services is constantly improving,and the connection with people's daily life is getting closer and closer.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the gradual enhancement of consumers' self-awareness,the status quo of inadequate service quality improvement of property service enterprises has become increasingly prominent.The conflicts between owners and property companies in parking,cleaning,security,maintenance and other property services have become increasingly fierce.This not only seriously affects the normal life and emotions of the owners,but also causes the property company to deteriorate.Therefore,the research on the satisfaction of property management enterprise owners is more and more important.Only when the property service work is carried out around the owner's satisfaction,can the support of the owners be supported and the property company can continue to operate healthily.Based on the satisfaction evaluation of owners of H property service enterprises,this paper uses the various data analysis tools and methods such as Minitab and Pearson correlation coefficient to summarize relevant literatures based on Maslow's demand theory and customer satisfaction theory.The four key indicators and the six external factors affecting the satisfaction of owners of H property service enterprises are analyzed,and the deep-seated reasons for the problems are deeply analyzed.Based on its own experience and realities,it has proposed to strengthen the pre-intervention of the property,improve the basic property services,innovative property services and other solutions,effectively improve the property service capabilities of H property service enterprises,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry.
