Telecom Wireless Local Area Network (wlan) Zhengzhou University Project Risk Management Research

Wireless LAN (WLAN) project, the main and focus investment that Chinese telecommunication summons for the last two years, is a new wireless communication technology project constructed majorly by provinces and cities in China.WLAN project is favored increasingly by the big operators both in overseas and home for its flexibility when turns on, the convenience of installation and maintenance extensions, and characteristic as telecom roaming anytime and anywhere at will, as well as less investment and effective work and so on, and also for kinds of superiority. As for universities and colleges, Teachers' teaching and students' learning and the assignment they need to complete all these need search and transmission online, Wireless LAN (WLAN) and WLAN card (wireless local area network card) accessing information whenever and wherever possible have become the most extensive demand between college teachers and students. The current aricle based on Henan Telecommunication Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), take Zhengzhou University project as background, and risk management problem of such project will be discussed and studied in this paper.After the brief illustration of topic background and significance, the development of domestic and foreign wireless local area network risk management and the present research situation are corned, induced and conclued. Then, the related basic theory in terms of risk management is reviewed. Meanwhile, the introduction of Hennan Telecommunication Wireless LAN on Zhengzhou university project comes afterward; with the brainstorming, also combined with my own working practice, the project risk for Zhengzhou university is identified, then the use of evaluation method on the project risk is evaluated, the results show that the project overall risk is acceptable. Next, on how to respond the risk problem, it is disscussed mainly from risk mitigation, risk transference, risk avoidance and other aspects of the issue. Last, risk monitoring and control have been carried on the inquisition.This paper has certain reference value on risk management problem, esp, for better recognition, control and grasp in WLAN.
