Research On Project Risk Management Of Yantai Longtai 10,000 Tons Refrigerator Construction

With the economy development,the people’s living standards have been greatly improved and the demand for cold chain is growing quickly. As the important link of cold chain, cold storage has ushered in the opportunity of rapid development. Cold storage construction is a complex systems engineering, there are many risk factors in the process of construction and use. With the rapid development of cold storage,there also exist many frequent risk events. To maintain a sound development,project risk management of the refrigeration industry has great practical significance for the administration success of the industry and the enterprise’s fate.Using the Yantai Longtai 10,000 tons cold storage construction project as a case. The modern project risk management theory as the foundation with the concrete practice of the construction of cold storage of may exist in the process of construction project risk analysis and evaluation and to find the measures to deal with, in order to guide the project risk management. It provides the theory basis and methodology for the management of cold storage construction risk.In the paper, the risk management in various stages of Longtai Construction project is studied. Firstly, the risk identification stage:the risk factors of five stages are identified by expert meeting,used brainstorming; Secondly, the risk factors are evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the overall risk level of the whole project is evaluated, and the results are obtained. In this paper, five stages and 23 risk factors of risk assessment are carried out, and the two key control stages and eight key points are determined. Finally, the risk control measures are used to find out.This paper solves the problem of risk identification and the quantitative analysis method of risk assessment in the cold storage risk management by the risk of the construction project. At the same time, the risk management of the modern risk management in the prevention of risk aversion strategies and key points of control ideas for the practice of cold storage risk management, enrich the practice means, for the cold storage project risk management has important significance.
