Group Companies Focus On Execution And Control Strategy Of The Closed-loop Management System Build

Effective execution of the strategy plays a very crucial role in maintaining corporate competitive advantage, and the real reason which makes most corporate strategy fail isn't the error of strategy formulation but poor strategy execution. In a time of increasingly competitive global economy, strengthening strategic management, the formation of closed-loop, promoting execution becomes a common issue which every domestic and foreign corporation almost has to face to. However, most of previous researches about strategy management discussed around strategy formulation, and less concerned about the area of strategy execution.This study tries to build a closed-loop strategy management system focuses on execution and control through literature review, investigation, case studies and focus group interviews and other means. This study is based on the reality, vision and the basic ideas of strategy management of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, and uses the theory and method of strategy execution elements and Balanced Scorecard mostly.The system consists of two core contents (the strategic blueprint and the operational support system) and the five key stages (strategy formulation, planning and coordination, strategic publicization, operation and execution, control and adjustment). Among them, the two core contents are the core and the basis for promising the entire system effective operation. The strategic blueprint is the starting point and basic point of strategy management, and the operational support system provides institutions and resources for strategy management. Five stages are the keys of execute the strategy plan, and they are based on two core contents. They make all tools, content and key behavior among strategy management operate orderly, and promote strategy management system to form an integrated closed-loop system.The expected results of the study can provide a useful reference for Chinese central enterprises'strategy management practices, and provide an objective basis for testing whether the theory of foreign strategy execution apply for domestic corporations.
