Study On The Reverse Logistics System For The Waste Household Appliances And Electronic Products In Qingdao

Just as some problems such as resource shortage, environment pollution have aroused greatconcern, and the establishment of sustainable development and recycling-based community, wemust deal with the waste household appliances and electronic product reasonably. It hasalready become the common attention of all over the world. In allusion to the current recoveryprocessing of the waste household appliances at home and abroad, this paper investigatesemphatically the establishment of reverse logistic system for the waste household appliancesand the electronic products in Qingdao. The main contents and the innovation as follows:Firstly, this paper introduces the current research situation on the legislation, problems ofthe recovery processing, project management, establishment of processing projects etc; itelaborates the present situation on the recovery processing of the waste household appliancesin some developed countries or region, such as Taiwan, the United Stated, Japan and theEuropean Union etc. Afterward, the relevant laws and regulations are analyzed. The experienceis provided for the construction of the recovery processing system and administrativemechanism in Qingdao. Then, from the five aspects such as paid types etc, this paper studiesthe comparison on the processing modes between China and developed countries. It sets forth acouple of difficulties about the establishment of the recovery processing system in China.Secondly, this paper analyses emphatically the current situation and problems on therecovery processing of the waste household appliances in Qingdao. Then, it confirms that theestablishment of the reverse processing is very necessary. Based on the situation of the reverseprocessing, it analyses the problems that should be paid attention when recovery treatmentplants are built in Qingdao.Finally, this paper puts forward the concrete countermeasure and proposals for therecovery processing of the waste household appliances in Qingdao. Drawing lessons from theabroad and in the light of the practical conditions in Qingdao, it brings forth a couple offundamental frame schemes for the construction of the recovery processing of the wastehousehold appliances before achieving subsidy institution. And the paper mainly recommendsthe business franchising of the reverse processing system within the concession programs.
