Ji'nan Unicom Telecommunication Engineering Project Management Of Human Resources

In the practice of real Telcom project management, the project management method the project quality, costs, progress is at the core has been widely applied and has made the further progress. However, it is difficult for this kind of management model to achieve three major objectives of coherence. From the perspective of human resources management, this paper research the topic of human resources allocation in project management, seize the first project management resources, namely, human resources. Control the effect which is important to the success of project from the source to achieve the efficiency of the management of Engineering project.In this article, the main keys to manage the engineering project successfully was summarized through analysis. Using the human resource allocation in construction project management theory and method, combined with the authors familiar example of Ji'nan Unicom 2011W/G wireless supporting transmission project, do research surrounding the project organization planning, personnel selection, team building, effective communication. First of all, analyze the background and characteristics of 2011W/G wireless supporting transmission project, then establish the project work breakdown structure , draw project network diagram, and the preparation of project schedule as the research project human resources configuration provides the necessary basis. After that, do analysis on the manpower resource of the project needs, on the allocation of human resources in a wireless transmission project supporting, and discusses the human resources management in wireless accessory transmission project.
