At present, steel supermarkets in China are presenting shop front and warehouse back more and more, with steel logistics technology as the support, to provide warehousing, shear processing and value-added services, which made the development and function of shop front and warehouse back steel supermarkets are becoming diversified. Along with the electronic commerce development, enterprises have established e-commerce platform, realizing online trading function. However, under electronic commerce environment, steel trading centers are faced with many logistics bottlenecks: traders provide insufficient distribution services, steel trading center cannot achieve JIT distribution, processing and distribution centers'layout are unreasonable, steel supermarkets'supply capacity does not match with customer demand for steel amount, steel processing and distribution logistics cannot achieve the comprehensive target among lowest total logistics cost, best customer service, and highest economic benefits. Facing these problems, we urgent to optimize processing and warehousing logistics system based on the actual condition of steel supermarket Trading Center.This paper focuses on logistics system in the steel supermarket Trading Center, including evaluate performance to find out the key factors effecting the overall performance, then using Flexsim software to simulate and optimize the existing processing and warehousing logistics system. This paper has done the following job from these three respects.First, construct comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP-entropy weight. Through the elaboration on connotation and functions of logistics about steel supermarket and steel supermarket Trading Center, based on the analysis logistics characteristics of steel supermarket Trading Center, the establish evaluation index system, and through questionnaires to select indicators. Combined with AHP subjective weight method and expert entropy weight, then determine the weights of the index system. Finally, evaluate logistics performance in W steel supermarket Trading Center by multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Secondly, visit W steel supermarket Trading Center, construct simulation model for the existing processing system flow and layout, and use interval hypothesis test to verify the authenticity of the simulation model, run model and analyze output data, find out the problems in processing system.Thirdly, re-design processing system layout based on the graph construction method and CAD software, use flexsim software to construct models, run these four kinds of layout scheme, give the output results of a comparative analysis.According to the study results, W steel supermarket trading center logistics performance does not meet expected value, the main reason is the processing and storage capacity are not adequately developed, simulation result also prove this point. In addition, through the comparison of simulation results for these four kinds of layout, proving that the layout system of can be further optimized, rated processing capacity in processing center can be greatly improved, these results have certain direct effect on improving logistics system, and system logistics capability, it is better to promote the company's development.
