The electric power enterprise is the important energy base industry of a nation, the product, supply and service are directly related to the normal operation and sustainable development of a regional and even a national industry, agriculture, services and administrative institutions. Meanwhile, the reform and development of Industry regulation, put forward higher requirements for Energy saving and emission reduction, clean energy, reliable energy and high quality services. These requirements and work are finally realized by the staff. Therefore, the research for human resources management strategy of electric power enterprise has important practical value and Significance of theoretical study.This paper takes human resources management of LY electric power company as the research object, according to the investigation and study, data collecting and analysis points out the existing problems and reasons in human resources management. Combining with the many years'management experiences of author, put up the human resources management strategy for LY electric power company. Because the electric enterprises in our country are mainly state-owned enterprises, the management and maintenance mode is basically the same. Research results has Significance of reference to Human resource management of other power company. The main works in this paper are as follows:Firstly, this paper will describe the subject source and the meaning of research, review the related research at home and abroad, and state the research goal and the method and the framework of the thesis, lay a theoretical foundation to the research on human resource management of LY electric power company.Thirdly, introduces the profiles, organizational structure and development target of LY electric power company, states the examination content, investigation method and process of LY power company and its subordinate company in human resource management, gives the relevant statistical data, points out the existing problems in in the concept, planning, staff recruitment, training and development, compensation and performance appraisal, evaluation and selection, and analysis the causes of the problems, discusses basis of reform of human resource management of electric power company.Finally, based on existing problems in the human resource management of LY electric power company, give the corresponding human resource management strategy one by one, and summarize and prospect the full paper.
