Ac Institute R & D Team Performance Management

For adapting the high speed development of electronic information technology and bring up world-class science and technology enterprise, the nation had already reform the system of these enterprises. So research institute becomes more open and agility,also the maket open too,they have to face more competition. It's necessary for research institute has its own core and strong r&d ability. The excellent ability comes from the excellent team,so how to make a better r&d team and how to make the team high efficiency is very important. That's the purpose to study the performance management of R&D Team in this thesis.Firstly,the background,significance and the research methods of this thesis are clarified.Secondly,we collect theories, introduce the concept of the team,research team,performance,performance team and management of performance,we bring forward our point of view.The third,we introduce the research institute we study in this thesis ,and analyze the research system and research flow,performance system,project management system about the research institute. Choose a typical research team as a case,to describe the specific way they use to manage the performance,and analyze and find the problem exist.The forth,just aim at the typical research team and analyze the index which is important in team performance,and describe every index in details to give the measure standard. Built a new system of performance management which include team,team member,leader and project manager who belongs to the team. And give the cycle,method,flow of the performance management,also give the advise how to use the result of the performance management.And in the end,it's the summaries about the whole thesis,even we have built a new system but we still need time to correct and modify it too ,and we believe it will more efficient and useful to the institute in the future.
