Performance assessment is the core of human resource management. Because the characteristics of the performance evaluation is dynamic multidimensional, at present, the domestic for performance evaluation of research and practice is the lack of scientific performance evaluation of quantitative evaluation system, many enterprises cannot effectively objectively evaluate performance of employees, also cannot be effectively motivate their enthusiasm. Therefore, establishing a set of scientific performance evaluation system is effective strategic objectives, key to strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises.From the meaning and purpose of the performance evaluation of performance assessment, in combination with the research and practice, this paper adopts key performance indicators (KPI) assessment theory to build up a science installation of Xian Branch of an aviation transportation enterprise. The examination system combining the actual building company level, department level and corresponding post level, and KPI index weight calculation method, and finally from the organization and responsibilities, and performance evaluation of assessment procedures and performance feedback, performance, reasonable use of the evaluation results allegedly aspects are summarized, and puts forward to further improve the performance evaluation system of the company. The examination system in enterprises, the assessment practice successfully achieved satisfactory results, the assessment by the departments and employees of enterprises can be in other aviation transportation enterprise.
