Researchers are increasingly concerned about corporate social responsibility; CSR has been studied together with customer value, employee behavior and attitude, business value and competitiveness. Because companies don't fully understand corporate social responsibility, so they didn't have a high positive action. In order to enable enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility more actively, it should be publicize more extensive; besides, CSR is a good starting point to study on the Impact of corporate social performance on employee loyalty. In addition, studies have shown that employee loyalty is also the foundation of a corporate team spirit and execution. The study of CSR and employee can increase corporate awareness of corporate social responsibility to promote their social responsibility performance, which will help enterprises to build sustainable competitive and more of the overall social benefits.The article carries out small-scale survey of the perception of corporate social responsibility. The results show that employees have higher perceptions of the public, the environment, consumers, and employees of their own. Due to the index system of the dimension whose has low employee perception may result in a false, subjective finding, besides there are other documents related to employee responsibility, so the article forms Indicators of corporate social responsibility which contains the public, the environment, consumers. Measurement scale of employee loyalty which contains emotional loyalty, behavioral loyalty and retention loyalty is form drawing the definition of employees loyalty determined by the world's leading human resources consulting firm Hewitt.By using correlation analysis and regression analysis, the results indicate that corporate social responsibility to has a significant positive correlation to employees loyalty, Consumer responsibility, environmental responsibility and public responsibility has significant impact on employees loyalty. Corporate social responsibility has different impact on the three dimensions of employee loyalty. Consumer responsibility and environmental responsibility has significant impact on emotional loyalty behavioral loyalty and retention loyalty. Public responsibility has significant impact on emotional loyalty and retention loyalty, but not on behavioral loyalty. Corporate social performance and employee loyalty have significant difference in companies whose nature are different.
