To deal simultaneously with the slowdown in economic growth, making difficult structural adjustments, and absorbing the effects of the previous economic stimulus policies, enterprises not only have to bear the risk of economic restructuring and development, but also seek to maintain the competitive advantage and develop sustainably. However, the strategy of ’profit first’ guides enterprises to focus on short-term economic benefit improvement and ignoring the social problems caused by short-sighted behavior. Corporate social responsibility can guide the enterprise to change from one mode of development of the pursuit of economic growth to sustainable development model. In the final analysis, corporate social responsibility strategy needs employee performance as a support. At the same time, enterprises hope that it can influence employee behavior and improve employee job performance through the corporate social responsibility.At present, the existing literatures research on corporate social responsibility involves many subjects, and it focused on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate performance, the competitiveness of enterprises. However, up to now, it has not been get a consistent conclusion. And also the existing research has constructed enterprise performance model for the influence of corporate social responsibility on enterprises performance. But, it lacks a systematic research on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and employee behavior.Based on the employees perceived, this paper investigate seven enterprises in Dalian, Shenyang, Beijing and Qingdao to explore the difference between intend corporate social responsibility, which reflect the top management strategy, and employee perceived corporate social responsibility. And then, this paper hopes to find the relationships among the ICSR, PCSR and employee job performance. On this basis, this paper constructs the structural equation model by and Lisrel 8.70 to research the influence of different stakeholders’corporate social responsibility on core task performance and organizational citizenship behavior. This paper make three conclusions. The first is that there is a significant difference between the intended corporate social responsibility behavior and perceived corporate social responsibility. The second conclusion is that we further validation corporate social responsibility can significantly improve employee job performance, and we also found that PCSR is the intermediary variable. This paper unveiled internal mechanism of the influence of corporate social responsible on employee job performance. The last conclusion is that there was a significant difference of different stakeholders’ corporate social responsibility influence on the core task performance and organizational citizenship behavior. It shows that the enterprises should strengthen the management of corporate social responsible for different stakeholders.
