As important stakeholders of enterprises, employees are the implementers of enterprises' economic goals and the key to the survival and development of enterprises.Employee loyalty is very important to the survival of the enterprise. However,in recent years, due to the rapid development of emerging industries and the influence of industry changes, the overall turnover rate of employees has increased significantly compared with the previous years. Therefore, how to improve employees' sense of identity and loyalty to the organization in the current competitive market environment and prevent the excessive loss of employees becomes an urgent problem to be solved. The influence of enterprise's own factors on employee loyalty is significant, and corporate social responsibility is becoming a research hotspot. Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the influence of each dimension of corporate social responsibility on employee loyalty. However, there are still some enterprises that blindly pursue the enterprise benefits and ignore the social responsibility they should fulfill, resulting in a great loss of reputation and even the heavy cost of bankruptcy risk, such as the going down of the sanlu group in 2009,shuanghui group "lean meat essence" of the crisis, the 2015 Volkswagen global crisis of confidence "emissions" and in 2016 the "mobile phone battery explosion" crisis in the samsung group.People begin to pay attention to the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility, especially to employees.Based on this, this study takes ethical decision as the adjusting variable, constructs concerning relationship model as corporate social responsibility, ethical decision-making and employee loyalty, and explores the new path of employee loyalty.Based on the theory of corporate social responsibility, emplyee loyalty and ethical decisions, this study through theoretical deduction and empirical study, discussed the impact of corporate social responsibility on employee loyalty in-depth,and explored its action mechanism.Specifically, this study explored the role of corporate social responsibility in employee loyalty and validated the regulatory mechanisms of employee perceived ethical decision-making(utilitarianism and self-interest).The research process of this study can be summarized as: synthesize the many lines of research and make research hypothesis and build a concerning model, and then get the data by using the method of questionnaire investigation, and analyze the data about quetionas to show that the hypothesis and model is good and effective. In the process of data processing,we mainly rely on the statistical tools SPSS22.0,and the analysis methods mainly include descriptive atistical analysi and so on.Finally, there are research main conclusions: At the first, the two dimensions of corporate social responsibility can significantly affect employee loyalty, and internal corporate responsibility, and corporate external responsibility both have positive role on employee loyalty;Secondly, employee perceived ethical decisions plays a regulatory role in corporate soc ial responsibility and employee loyalty(overall construct and sub-dimension).(1)utilitarian decision-making as a moderating variable will enhance the positive impact of CSR on employee loyalty.(2)self-interested decision-making as a moderating variable will weaken the positive influence of CSR on employee loyalty.
