Then, the article from the perspective of utility-value angle of cultivated land, and consider that the current effectiveness of arable land is mainly reflected in the following aspects:Crop output, the basic livelihood of farmers, to protect natural ecosystems, an important part of maintaining national and food security, to build a new land requisition compensation standards based on economic value, social value and ecological value of the cultivated land. Then study the estimating method as well as distribution mechanism of the new land requisition compensation standards. The article takes Nanjing as an example, calculated the new compensation standard of land expropriation specifically. And take it comparative with the existing land requisition compensation standards of Nanjing, and come to the conclusion that the land requisition compensation standards based on economic value, social value and ecological value of the cultivated land are more scientific and reasonable.
