With the development of China's economy, the transformation of the dual economic structure to the unified economic structure is an inevitable trend and the development of the economy cann't be separated from the support of financial resources. In order to cometure the integration of urban and rural economy, the first thing is to break the mismatch of the urban and rural production factors, and to realize the synchronous transformation of the financial structure and the economic structure. Before that, many articles studied the problem of transforming dual economy into a unified economy and financial development.Few people discussed the matching between finance and economy in the process of two element structure transformation. In order to establish a benign mechanism of mutual promotion, coordination and transformation, this paper studies the degree of coordination between the financial structure and economic structure in urban and rural, based on the perspective of two element structure transformation,This is the requirement for the healthy development of modern economy and finance. It is the main embodiment of the deepening of economic development and financial reform. It is also an important step to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,to coordinate the development of urban and rural areas, and to promote the process of a harmonious society. It has strong practical significance.First of all, based on the big background of China's dual economic transformation, this paper makes a theoretical analysis on the coordination degree of urban and rural financial structure and economic structure. And put forward two hypotheses:Suppose one,the transformation of dual economic structure in China needs to go through three stages.Suppose two,in the process of dual economic structure transformation, the ratio of production factors into urban and rural financial assets and the ratio of labor force is the main influencing factor of the coordination degree between urban and rural financial structure and economic structure.Secondly,we use the data of the 20 years from 1995 to 2014 to make an empirical analysis of the coordination degree of financial structure and economic structure:First, the coordination degree of the whole country and the eastern, central and western regions is calculated by mathematical method, which confirms the hypothesis that our country is in the second stage of dual economic transformation, and the coordination between urban and rural financial structure and economic structure is transforming from coordination to incongruity The two is the analysis of the factors affecting the coordination degree by the method of variance decomposition, and the hypothesis two is confirmed. The main factors that affect the coordination degree of the urban and rural financial structure and economic structure are the ratio of total finance assets and the labor force between urban and rural. Finally, the conclusions and suggestions are drawn. In our country, the policy tendency of urban areas is inclined to allocate too much financial assets, but the labor force in urban areas is relatively small. In rural areas, the distribution of financial assets is less, but it has a large number of labor. This forms the mismatch between the two elements of the financial assets and the labor force in the distribution of urban and rural. In the process of dual economic restructuring, the mismatch between urban and rural production factors has seriously affected the coordination between urban and rural financial structure and economic structure. In order to solve this problem, this paper has made some policy suggestions to coordinate the proportion of urban and rural financial assets and improve the quality of labor.
