| In the 21st century, with innovation ability of the knowledge employees being the core elements of the enterprise survival and the development, their creativity is the source of value, this already became the consensus of enterprises. However there are always some problems in the management of the knowledge employees flows, under this background, study and analysis of knowledge employees'management becomes urgent and necessary.This article makes S company as the research object, bases on human capital theory, knowledge staff theory, motivation theories and related research achievements, adopts empirical study manner at home and abroad, using the factor analysis, comparative analysis of variance analysis and mean such analysis method, tests empirically the impact factors of stability of knowledge employees in S the company.This empirical study is in the form of questionnaire survey, and this questionnaire survey are from two aspects:one is based on the content of the knowledge employees to listed factors determine feelings,another one is to knowledge employees listed factors actual satisfaction of evaluation. From the cognitive expectations and actual feeling two perspectives, comparatively analyses the difference between congnitive anticipation factor and actual experience factor through using independent sample mean t test, finally analyses the problems existing in the management of knowledge-type staff of company S, denpending on the theoretical analysis and empirical result, puts forward main principles and management strategies by which Scompany should abide when they manage knowledge employees. |
