The neoclassical economics has concluded that economy will finally come into convergence. After that, many regional science researchers, economists, planners policy-makers, who believe too big disparity is likely to bring social problems, have great interest in it. However, the contrast between theory and reality compels or attracts scholars to interpret, argue, self-reflect, animadvert and amend it, and then the convergence of economic growth gets deepened during the course. In the previous study, region was mostly regarded as'island', and their mutual relation was often ignored. As we all know regional economy is an open system. Such factors as product trade, factor mobility knowledge diffusion and technological diffusion make anfractuous relation lie in the system. So region is mutual related, not isolated. The economic growth of one region depends on not only its element devotion, but also growth traces of other regions. In this paper, based on new classic economics and new economic geography, analyze the spatio-temporal evolvement of convergence club. After that theoretical models and empirical research framework are built. And then, the empirical research will be carried out using exploratory spatial data analysis and spatial econometric techniques. In the time dimension, this paper has analyzed the data from 2003 to 2010 of Zhejiang province by Theil entropy; In the spatial dimension, this paper has used exploratory spatial data analysis method (ESDA), selected of 2004, 2007 and 2009 this three year index chart, and then do the thematic maps. After analysis of the characteristic, using the model of Spatial Econometrics, selection five variables, and then analyzes the factors from each variable to analyze the mechanism of the club convergence.
