This paper based on the neoclassical growth theory, the new economic growth theory and the new economic geography theory, then analysis the mechanism action of spatial dependence on the space club convergence by used the exploratory spatial data analysis method and the spatial econometric analysis models. In the Arcgis, Geoda and other software supporting, considered the provinces regions of China as a analysis regional unit, testing there is or not be space club convergence of economic increasing in China, and then construction the mechanism action of spatial dependence on the space club convergence.The author considers that space club convergence may be defined by a process of club convergence properties which base on space factors, that means manifested in the geographical space and have similar geographic location close to the initial conditions of economic growth and economic structural characteristics of a group of regional economic units in clusters, so this group of economic units within the cluster of economic growth will converge to the same steady state. Relative to the classic club convergence hypothesis, the concept of space club convergence of the regional economic units is without of the space property, obviously closer to the real world of economic.Spatial dependence is a factor of production, technological innovation, economic growth effects of variables such as economic behavior of their neighbors through the space between the interaction of region, and its neighbors is the direct cause of the economic activities between the regional supply and demand, as well as technology, innovation Diffusion, that is a regional economy to the economic growth rate to some extent dependent on the development of regional neighbors. Spatial dependence of the basic way to club convergence space is a neighbor of a regional demand for regional products will directly promote the improvement of regional economic growth; if their neighbors to increase the regional supply of factors of production, will also promote the regional economic growth Increased speed; between adjacent regions through technology, innovation diffusion and application of same to accelerate regional economic growth.First, from 1985 to 2009, there are three different spatial clusters as East, West and middle in China. Second, from 1985 to 2009, there has be space club convergence by a rate of 1.84%. spatial error model test demonstrated significantly higher than the spatial lag model, the parameterλ. of the value of 0.738 shows that in the space club processing, the space dependence has played a important role which can't be ignored. Finally, the spatial dependence is mainly about that intention between the regions through regional and neighbors of such a close relationship to the economic impact of changes in regional economic increasing.
