Study Of The Path Of The Heilongjiang Province In Northeast Asia Economic Cooperation

With the progress of the global economy accelerating and the degree of the regional economic cooperation deepening, the regional economic cooperation of the Northeast Asia became a necessity. As the centre of the Northeast Asia, it is a question that how Heilongjiang Province to grasp the opportunity to deepen the cooperating with the countries in the northeast. In the Northeast Asia, the cooperative partners are Russia, Japan, Korea, North Korea and Mongolia, but there are some problems both in the trading and in the investment. Heilongjiang Province should choose a way which is fit for the development to solve these problems. Firstly, Heilongjiang Province should focuses on the Russia, Japan and Korea as the main objects of the economic cooperation. Secondly, according to the different potency in the cooperative countries, Heilongjiang Province should choose to deepen cooperate in resources development, industrial technology, financial and other fields respectively. At last, on the basis of the problems in these cooperative fields, Heilongjiang Province should improve the industrial structure, the capacity of the technical innovation and the financial environment to strengthen the regional economic cooperation.
