LiaoNing Studies On Strategic Position And Economic Cooperation Approach In Northeast Asia Area

In the 21th century,Economic Globalization and Economic regionalization is becoming the irresistible trend of development.How to find and build a new model of economic cooperation in Northeast Asia and play Geopolitical Strategy and Complementary Advantage of Economy really has become a problem which is concerned by everybody.This paper discusses the Economic cooperation of LiaoNing in Northeast Asia. LiaoNing is Central coast of the Bohai Sea and the Liaodong Peninsula to the nearest point on the world.Playing the advantages of area, environment,resources and human resources of LiaoNing,Participating in the Regional Economic Cooperation in Northeast Asia is an important problem which LiaoNing must Consider in the process of economic development.First this paper starts from Regional Economic Theory ,Expounds on the current situation in Northeast Asia Economic Cooperation,on the base of Basic theory,Analys the international strategic position and development opportunities in Northeast Asia,Analys the advantages and disadvantages,Opportunities and threats in the Economic Environment of Northeast Asia with SWOT method in order to explain that it is important for economic development to cooperation in Northeast Asia.Based on the general environment in Northeast Asia Economic Cooperation ,We are aware of the necessity of cooperation in Northeast Asia to LiaoNing.First,starting from the Cooperation between LiaoNing and trade, investment and human resources of the countries of Northeast Asia,we find the problems in the three aspects and Solutions .using the correlate analysis and the SWOT Strategy analysis, explore how to establish a new mode of strategy which is suitable to economic cooperation in Northeast Asia in order to promote rapid, steady development of LiaoNing economy.
