The Confucian Culture Management Model. Fotile Group Study

As the first enterprise, FOTILE puts forward the idea of building the Confucian culture-based management model which has caught the eyes of experts and scholars. However, the model is still to be improved because its future is still in doubt, which becomes this thesis'aim. By means of comparative analysis the differences between Confucian management thoughts and western management theories, the thesis offers a positive way to learn from the spirit of Confucian management thoughts, which helps to build a new management model, i.e. Confucian culture-based management model. On the basis of above discussion and analysis, along with the management practices of FOTILE, the thesis seeks to propose a framework of Confucian culture-based management model with FOTILE characteristics.Nowadays, Confucian culture is valued increasingly, but few studies are conducted on the Confucian culture-based management model, thus, few references are made available to the public. Accordingly, the oppions of this thesis are still to be discussed extensively in the future.
