The Confucian tradition reader Ti Tzu Kui reflected the Chinese Confucian education concept that based on ethics, imbued with a Chinese great wisdom of life. It has a great significance to human resources management in talent screening and promotion, training, motivation, emotion management and team building, etc. This paper will research the relationship between the Confucian oriented company culture and employee loyalty based on Psychological Contract Theory. Studies of workers loyalty is based largely on Liu Xiaoping, Wang Chongming and other scholars related research results. Their study show that the relationship between organizational support and employee loyalty is achieved through Psychological Contract, at the same time, the level of the attainment of the Psychology Contract is influenced by organizational support and employee expectation. So I will study how Hurlly’s Confucian oriented company culture affects its workers’loyalty and the study will be proceeded in the perspective of Psychological Contract, at the same time, its effect on economic efficiency will be explored. In addition, other companies also can gain some beneficial enlightenment from its cultural construction.This thesis mainly divided into five parts. The first part is the Preface; in this part the author mainly introduces the writing background, purpose, significance, research methods, as well as innovative points. The second part is the literature review part, mainly elaborates on predecessors’views on enterprise culture, Confucian culture, employee loyalty and the research of psychological contract, what’s more, the author also show his view on predecessors’ research. The third part is the research design, mainly talking about how to select the case and the data collection method. The fourth part case analysis is the main part of this article, mainly expounds the background of the implementation of Hurlly’s Confucian oriented company culture, characteristics, operation architecture, function mechanism and the related research findings. The fifth part is the conclusion and the future research part mainly elaborates the conclusion of the study and future research direction.One of the innovation points of this paper is point out the core role of the harmonious interpersonal relationship in constructing the Confucian culture management mode, also point out the key role of leader’s enterprise cultural identity in building the Confucian culture management mode. Another innovation point of this article is that the emphasis on the Confucian culture management mode of powerful culture "charisma" impact on employee loyalty and economic efficiency of enterprises. And through this kind of charisma, employees forming the fixed thinking and behavior habits, eventually it’s developing into a religion. The culture management mode not only improved the morale of the employees and the production efficiency, but also provided a long-term incentive mode for enterprises. The long-term incentive model is formed by the subtle influence of native culture to employees, it has lasting stability and unmatched by any incentives.This article through study the Confucian oriented company culture found that the Confucian culture management mode have a great effect on talents absorption, internal stability and employee’s enthusiasm. At the same time, the author also points out the two-way loyalty mechanism guiding role on improve employee loyalty. Based on the facts, I also put forward some Suggestions for the development of relevant enterprises, such as cultivate moral type managers.The ultimate goal of enterprise culture construction is make preparations for the long development of the enterprise; the Confucian culture construction is no exception. Behind Hurlly’s innovation for ten years, one hundred times growth is the practice of the Confucian culture. The absorption function of enterprise culture in Hurlly also plays incisively and vividly, many foreign executives attracted by Hurlly enterprise culture and development prospects abandon preferential treatment join in Hurlly, after visited in Hurlly many large enterprises at home and abroad, inspired by its corporate culture, reached cooperation intention with them. Nowadays, in the fierce international competition, I hope that Confucian culture management mode give Chinese business leaders more self-confidence of Chinese traditional culture and help them create more Chinese experience in enterprise management.
