With the continuous development of the times, the world has gradually become a "global village", the science and technology competition also become intensified. At the same time, more and more similar products appeared, customers' focus on the product is no longer the product itself, they start to pay attention to the enterprise culture and the feeling brought by the company's culture. The enterprise culture has become the company's success and long time development security. Establishing a corporate culture is actually a set of corporate values. However, the current companies in China have many worry values. Many companies just focus on the form of the enterprise culture, lack of connotation; business leaders can not pay too much attention to the corporate culture; error values caused the so-called instant success; firm's lacking of sincerity caused many customers' concern. These generated problems has brought obstacles to the developing enterprises in China. Got to the bottom, the root of these problems is the enterprise's values.We know that any kind of collective culture is a kind of subculture which is rooted in the social culture,corporate culture is no exception.Chinese enterprises, which growing up in the cultural environment of Chinese society, is bound to be affected by the Chinese culture. Thousands of years of splendid culture of the Chinese nation influences our nation's character and behavior with the tremendous strength of the invisible, especially the Confucian Culture.Therefore, to solve these problems caused by the confusion of corporate cultural values, we should go back to the traditional culture of China, especially the Confucian Culture, put those moral qualities of excellent traditional culture into the enterprise culture, establish the right values for the company.Reversing the corporate culture and correcting the wrong behavior of enterprises is a huge project. We fantasying a few people's power can complet it is absurd.But we still hope to be able to change the bad mood and short life of enterprises by studying the corporate culture and the Chinese culture.Based on this, I takes the Confucian management thought as the core of the research, and calculated the times Confucian management thought is referenced in literature and corporate. We summarized those core management thought of Confucianism which was valued by scholars and enterprises, and divided them according to the four dimensions of culture. Throughthe four dimensionthe of the Confucian management thought, we constructed the model of Confucian management culture.Finally, we take three representative enterprises as the case to analyzes the Confucian management thought. We summed up those achievements of these companies on the construction of Confucian management thought in four aspects, including spirit, system, behavior, and substance. This study can provide inference on the enterprise culture constructing and also give four suggestions for the enterprise: Culture can help the enterprises to achieve harmonious development; People and duty oriented can help build a harmonious business relationship; Attaching importance to cultural training can help create a good corporate image; Last, corporate should pay attention to the social value and fulfill the social responsibility.
