In last two years, implemented HOS and lean production management and got M&A integration in meantime. Made improvements on safety, quality, delivery, product design, manufacturing, sales and inventory etc, in order to minimize waste, enhance product quality, meet customer demand, and improve the profitability of the enterprise and competition ability.The article introduced the research background and the significance first, introduced the lean and Six Sigma's development, the concept and principles, the application both in China and outside and the research situation.
