Of new rural construction in the process of house demolition, industrial development and public welfare undertakings, as well as the upgrading of modern agriculture are related to the land, the proceeds among the villagers in the village collective and the allocation of new rural construction has become an unavoidable issue.Interest in the land, although Chinese scholars are more studies, but mostly qualitative analysis of flow of earnings before interest entities, or a county (city) as an example, quantitative analysis, calculated solely from the general farmers, collective, local and central government share of share of land revenue.Some studies have been from the domestic point of view, from a practical operational level, to explore the process of building new rural land management and the benefits of village collective and villagers during the conflict and coordination problems between the literature are relatively rare, and no further explore how the new rural construction the perspective of the village collective and the balance between the interests of the villagers. In addition, the existing research results or rigidly adhere to the institutional level of pure theoretical analysis, the lack of a system running the real level of inspection, the main reason for this situation is due to the lack of first-hand information, making research on the practical interpretation is unclear, the feasibility of proposed policy options is not strong.Therefore, this paper attempts to individual cases in the form of a new rural construction in the process of land revenue as the research object, focusing on study of village collective and the conflict of interest between the villagers and coordination, analyzing the root causes of their problems and interests of co-ordination mechanisms and channels, then a case by case based on the analysis to extract the valuable operation and adjustment programs.In addition to this introduction is divided into four major things. The first chapter essentially summed up the building of new rural land issues arising in the course of which the most important is the rural homestead, rural land transfer issues, as well as rural land expropriation. Chapter II mainly on the process of building new rural land issues related to economic analysis, institutional economics were analyzed using the collective land property system and economic performance, collective land ownership system and the peasant land rights, after the peasant land rights have been abused system, factor analysis, but also for rural land use right transfer of economic analysis. The third chapter is the focus of the study, which mainly examine the village collective and villagers and resolution of land conflicts of interest, an analysis of village collective land conflicts of interest with the villagers, and then summed up the characteristics of pier-urban rural land conflicts, also carried out in this part of the case studies JT area mainly of rural land conflicts as a case to focus on analysis.
