The Research Of The Land Expropriation’s Problems In Our Country On The Marx’s View Of Interests

With the rapid development of the construction of new urbanization, a largenumber of agricultural land is expropriated and condemned,the supply of urbanland is becoming weak,at the same time,the "bulldozer" as a symbol of the landacquisition has become more prevalent. Due to land acquisition and demolitioninvolving a broad range,the diversification and complex of interests make thecontradictions and conflicts between different interest groups intensified,landacquisition has gradually become the focus and difficulty problems in the socialdevelopment.Although the academic circle has done a lot of researches on it,butclear land acquisition problems and find out the solutions is still the academicproblem which needs to be solved urgently.Marx’s view of interests is of great significance on analyzing and solvingthe contradiction between Chinese social interest relations andinterest,especially for the contradictions and conflicts of interests in the processof land acquisition demolition.On the basis of it,the paper uses a combination oftheory and practice, empirical analysis, multidisciplinary researchmethods,etc,and starting from Marx’s view of interests to research the current problems of land expropriation in China.Firstly the paper has made a detailedinterpretation of the basic content,research methods,and practice of Marx’s viewof interests to provide a theoretical basis for the following study of landacquisition problems;Then under the guidance of Marx’s view of interests,analyzing of Chinese current problems that in the process of land acquisitionfrom three different areas of politics, economy and society;And then take thePingyao County in Shanxi Province as an example of the land expropriation andhousing removal,analysis of the current situation,specific programs,the policyimplementation and application of Pingyao county’s land acquisitionobjectively,and through the form of questionnaire,collecting the opinions of themasses view on the local government’s land acquisition and demolition work, onthe base of it, summary the research results;Finally, according to the specificproblems of the current land expropriation,put forward the correspondingcountermeasures and measures on how to realize the balanced distribution ofinterests in the land acquisition process.The paper is permeated with the thoughts and ideas of Marx’s view ofinterests in the analysis of interest problem.By analyzing the problems of landexpropriation and housing removal to get the final conclusion:Imbalance in thedistribution of benefits is the basic reason,which causes the contradiction andconflict frequently of land acquisition and demolition,compensation for thedemolition is the focus of conflict of interest.The paper is mainly from the pointof view of Marx’s view of interests to provide new ideas for the analysis of issues related to land acquisition and resettlement,and break through thetraditional understanding of the land acquisition and resettlement problems,inorder to make a comprehensive, thorough, rational explanation for the problemand "behind the problem" of land acquisition and resettlement itself.Not onlyenrich the practical significance of Marx’s view of interests,and make thetheoretical guidance of land acquisition problems in our country creatively.
