With the advent of the knowledge-based economy,many unprecedented new issues and new problems are found in the HR management,which sets new requirements for Human Resource Management.Incentive is the core subject for human resources management and the application of the incentive mechanism is of great realistic significance for improving HR management of the enterprises of"knowledge-intensive"under the conditions of the knowledge-based economy for design companies.The design staffs are the key factors for the development of design companies and it becomes the most attentive issue for the executives and HR management managers of design companies to grasp the demands of design staffs accurately and provide effective incentives in a targeted manner.This thesis obtains the general information of the company's operation mechanism and staffs' needs based on the classical incentive theory and the new trend in human resources management and Raynet Ogilvy as a case,adopting the investigation method for the company's operation status and the staffs' needs.On the basis of analyzing the day to day's operation and the management adopted by the company,this thesis puts forward the improving measurement of six incentive mechanism aiming at the characteristics of the staffs'needs of design firm,including creating studying organization,strengthening incentive system construction,establishing performance and remuneration system,improving professional incentive means,exerting cultural incentive function,carrying forward traditional cultural incentive.This thesis puts forward the improving plan and measures for the incentive mechanism through adopting incentive theory from HR management and analyzing the current status of HR resource,which can be used for the reference for the HR management of the companies with Knowledge-intensive from the different points of view and levels.
