Based on reviewing the research dynamic performance management, agricultural enterprises related research dynamic, agriculture enterprise performance management research dynamic, and on the basis of the union human resources performance management theory knowledge and the little prince, present developmental situation of Zhejiang Xiao Wang Zi Food Co., LTD , the development scale, human resources characteristics, human resources management status, industry performance status and enterprise development needs from Zhejiang Xiao Wang Zi Food Co., LTD. The Research includes three kinds of contents :Performance management problems and reform necessity analysis, systematic performance management system construction and promote the systematic performance management system smoothly development measures .And emphatically discussed the construction of systematic performance management system for Zhejiang Xiao Wang Zi Food Co., LTD. Application of the systematic performance management system, the performance management system from complete scientific performance plan, continuous standard performance implementation, a fair and impartial performance assessment, performance feedback, performance evaluation summary and the results of the application form, and combined with fully the little prince company policy environment are proposed to promote the performance management system is progressing smoothly through five measures suggest: enhances the thought, unified recognition; Establish the organizational safeguard; Formulate rules and regulations; Set up information support system; Based on performance oriented enterprise culture.Through the above research, the author expected to help the enterprise to further improve the performance management level and can develop much faster and more sustainable. In addition, the author also hopes to offer some reference for all agricultural enterprises in the competitive market about how to gain the advantage of sustainable development.
