Non-public economy in China has gradually developed into an indispensable force inthe national economy, it is very necessary to research the development of environment onnon-public economic of China. Based on the government point of view, through on thebuilding of a comprehensive evaluation index system, the integrated use of qualitative andquantitative, questionnaires and other methods to analyze the development environment ofnon-public economic, and the paper mainly from the perspective of governmentdepartment on functions, proposed the development of environmental policy proposalsthat can optimize China's non-public economic.Firstly, the background and research of significance in this paper, analysis ofdomestic and foreign research about the non-public economic development environment,and based on the limitations of existing research, this study constitutes a turning point. Itpointed the main content and methods.Secondly, in basis of a large number of relevant government documents, historicaldocuments and research reports on non-public economy, through the analysis of the wholecourse of development and characteristics to supply a better preparative to the researchand analysis of non-public economic development environment. With the policies andregulations on non-public economic development, and sums up the current non-publiceconomic development status of the environment by read the yearbook and literature.Thirdly, the article builds up a comprehensive evaluation index system from theperspective of the government and the relevant regulatory authorities on the basis of theprevious theoretical study. The article obtains the first-hand data by the questionnaire, andcombines with the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index. Andthen builds up a comprehensive evaluation system and applies it in Hebei Province.Finally, according to the current status and the characteristics of the non-publiceconomic developmental environment in China, the article proposes some correspondingsuggestions that can improve the non-public economic developmental environment fromthe perspectives of the government department, social service, university and researchinstitution... |
