Analysis Of Dispatching And Transformation Regulation Mode In Tianjin Electronic Corp

In 2010,State Grid Corporation proposed development plans named"Tree Intensive and Five Large-scale"."Large-scale in operation"is mainly referred to integration of dispatching and centralized control. Dispatching and transformation mode will be changed to adapt to the plan. Eventually duties and organization of dispatching center, operation and maintenance units must be modified.The power dispatch is the central nervous system of the electric power grid, responsible for the supervision, operation and accident treatment of the power grid. And the responsibility of the centralized control center and operation team is to monitor power grid operation. Dispatching, monitoring and operating units must cooperate with each other so as to ensure the power grid to run under security, reliably and economically. As"Large-scale in operation"plan is implemented, the responsibilities and duties of dispatching, monitoring and operation will be reorganized, which will take great impact on power grid operation.In this paper,four dispatching and transformation modes are analyzed in three aspects including organization,process analysis and management communication."Centralized control center and operation team"mode, widely used in Sate Grid,is discussed in detail in this thesis. Through three types of staff equipment situation researches, electric line's operation process is analyzed by the use of Gantt chart. Some methods were provided to improve operation efficiency, save the operation time. Furthermore accident treatment was analyzed in centralized control mode which is used in Tianjin Electric Power Corporation. The limiting factors restricted the dispatcher's judge, accident decision-making, accident recovery were discussed as well. Finally measurement based on technology, organization, management was put forward to improve stability and economy of the integration of dispatching and centralized control.
