With the development of power system reform, grid operation and management mode has never been able to adapt to smart grid development. In order to promote power grid to meet the requirements of development pattern, existing management modes of power dispatching, distribution, transforming are needed to research. So constructing efficient mode has become one problem to be solved.In this paper, grid operation and management modes at home and abroad are studied. Combining actual conditions of Yinchuan power grid, integration model of dispatching and supervisory control is proposed, which adopts a new mode of integrated monitoring in grid power dispatching, distribution and transforming, scattered distribution operation in substation operation and maintenance, and centralized management in network operation and maintenance. Typically, technical support system for this integration model is analyzed based on development tendency of correlative power grid operation technology. Then, combined with the organization theory and characteristics of grid operation, organization structuring and supervisor mode of integration model are studied. Moreover, based on k-means clustering algorithm, grid operation and maintenance station location mode is discussed. And according to the actual situations, implementation plan for integration of dispatching and supervisory control is designed. At last, technical economic evaluation is used to analyse this integration model.Research shows that integration model of dispatching and supervisory control can do take full advantage of human resources and effectively reduce power of work of network operation staffs. Finally management level of grid operation and management is improved. Compared to traditional grid management, integration model can improve economical efficiency.
