After introduction of the meaning of enterprise strategies and background, as well as introduction of the theories of strategic management, the author applies also the PEST method to analyze the external environment of the enterprise, that is, analysis of competitors of the ZE Corporation by using the five competition modes of Porter's theory. And then analyze the internal environment of the enterprise, including of resources, capabilities and organization structure. After that, the thesis goes into analyzing, selection and planning of enterprise development strategies by using SWOT method and the Grand Strategy Matrix. After all these, the guiding lines and overall development programs of the enterprise are determined on the basis of them, and then the thesis provides several models and many implement methods in order to keep these strategies work successfully. Finally, the thesis introduces in detail the functional strategies developed on the overall strategies of the enterprise,as well as the implementation and effects achieved later on.The following conclusion can be drawn after strategic study of Tianjin ZE Water Treatment Corporation, ZE Corporation should seize the current favorable opportunity to make a full play of its own advantage, that is,"Technological Innovation, Do Better and Better, Develops Bigger and Better", and then optimize organization structure and elevate management level, optimizing process of production and decrease production costs by means of spending on R&D continually, carrying out active mergers and achieve stable expansion of the enterprise, and making it into one of the most competitive enterprise in China.
